Heyas,
Found that bugs.php.net is having an error in it's inc file.
/local/Web/sites/php-bugs-web/include/functions.inc on line 194
is the error.
Tried to submit that through the bug submission form. It's also broken.
I pulled the file (functions.inc) from the server and took a look at it.
(Note that needs to be fixed too)

I believe it should have commas after the 'sus' and 'csd' parts of the
array.
