Greetings and sorry for this interruption,
I subscribed to the news.php.net newsgroup some days ago and was able to
submit several posts, but when I tried posting today, I got this strange
error message in Outlook Express:

Account: 'news.php.net', Server: 'news.php.net', Protocol: NNTP, Server
Response: '441 posting failed -- qmail barfed!', Port: 119, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 441, Error Number: 0x800CCCA9

I am sorry to bother you with this, but I couldn't contact the newsgroup to
post my question there. I tried using another email account (and server) but
that resulted in me getting the same error message.
