Dear php.net Webmaster,
I tried to download .chm documentation file (php_manual_en.chm)
directly from php.net and from different mirrors (php.ca for example),
but I always get the file that has all zero bytes (though
the size is correct). I tried different downloaders (IE and wget),
but still get the same result.
