Hi there,
I would like to know if I can use PHP in Pemex
(Mexican
Petroleum) which is government owned??
So far, I just have not found anything saying
I can not nor I
can.
My boss doesnot want to use the PHP because he
says it has not
been
bought and we do not have a licence for it. He
definetely is to
peeky
with this matters.
Thank you in advance.
