#18830 [NEW]: Please don't suggeest a mirror I'm already using!

The download page for 4.2.2 starts with a paragraph suggesting I try a mirror. However, I'm already using one of the quoted mirrors, so the paragraph is rather irritating. Can it be fixed to appear only if I'm not using one of the mirrors being recommended? Thanks. Cheers!
