PHP 4.3.0 ??It works from 4.3.0. It's simply not released yet, the documentation was updated
as the code was updated, but unlike the documentation, code changes are not
immedietly available (because of our QA process).

Under the docs for function fsockopen, it states that from php 4.3.0 SSL sockets are possable.
Is this a missprint ? I can't find a php version 4.3.0 for download.
If it is a missprint, from what version of php does ssl sockets work ?
