CVS version at http://snaps.php.net/. In case this was a
documentation
problem, the fix will show up soon at http://www.php.net/manual/.

the swiss mirror, ch.php.net, displays an error msg: "Fatal error:
Failed opening required 'mirrors.inc'..."
