i don't have a comment about the website...
instead i have a question about installing and using php locally.
i would like to teach myself php and develop it locally on my computer. i do
not own a server. instead i own a windows xp desktop computer. Your website
spoke of developing php locally on just about any os by installing the php
source code and web server tool. I downloaded the Source code for php 4.2.2
and the window binary php 4.2.2 installer.
The website wasn't extremely clear... can i develop php on my computer
although it is not a server? did i download the proper files to do so?
Thanks for any help you can give me!
