PHP Guide

Hello, I have been sending out emails like crazy, and have not been able to come by one reply. I do not know if I am just sending them to the wrong emails, or whether this request is just too large. I am currently creating a website, gearing it into a PHP Archive. I have a lot of work to do on the site, and one of my biggest goals is to get the PHP Manual on the website. I have seen it done before, and I wanted to know if you (as the editors and writers of the manual) would give me permission to post the manual on my website. There are way too many websites out there that want to make a profit with PHP, and anything else out there. I want Reframe to be one of those sites on the internet people can visit to get great resources for nothing. If this is not the right address to ask this type of question, will you do ma a favor and supply me with the correct email address. Thank You very much for your time...
