CVSup Access?

Howdy, For about the last week, whenever I've tried to mirror the PHP repository with cvsup, I've been getting the following: % cvsup -g -L 2 -P m -z supfile-php Parsing supfile "supfile-php" Connecting to cvsup.php.net Connected to cvsup.php.net Rejected by server: Access denied % cat supfile-php *default host=cvsup.php.net *default prefix=/u1/phprepo *default base=/usr/local/etc/cvsup/php *default release=cvs compress delete use-rel-suffix php4 phpdoc The source address for cvsup is 139.130.130.22. I didn't see anything in the announce mailing list about changes, and googling didn't provide any links that would explain the change in behaviour. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
