why looking up PHP functions on php.net and clicking 'change language to Russian' (for
example http://www.php.net/manual/ru/function.date.php)
I see manual in English meantime I can see the same page in Spanish on http://www.php.net/manual/es/function.date.php
(as for example).
When the Russian language support will put into practice?
