MessageI personally don't think that presenting the manual out of it's context is a good
idea. The manual
on php.net and mirror sites is backed with some quick lookup features, as well as user notes and
translations. Copying the manual to another server without all these is not a good path IMHO, while
copying all manual features would simply equal to creating a mirror site.
How the manual would be better presented on your site, than on our site?

Subject: PHP Manual Syndication
I am writing on behalf of NetherTech.NET and the Everclear Network, and looking for information
about syndicating the PHP manual on our IT news and resource site NetherTech.NET.
NetherTech.NET was created as a resource for people from all aspects of IT, this site was
developed to provide the latest news, reviews, tutorials, manuals / whitepapers and downloads to the
IT community. With this concept, we are currently looking to have manuals and whitepapers posted on
the site, for everyone from Systems Administrators to Web Developers to utilize as a vital resource
to their everyday job.
The Everclear Network would like to feature the PHP manual as a resource on NetherTech.NET
