Hello!
I would like to add PHP Center to www.php.net links collection as a
non-English site that is related to PHP.
The country we live in is Estonia and most of the users are from
Estonia, because this site is in Estonian.
This PHP portal contains hundreds of PHP scripts (sold with points),
discussion board (over 6000 posts), tutorials (about 60), about 350 PHP
function manuals translated to Estonian by out users, private message
system between users, chat room, link collection, search engine, news
etc. All this makes PHP Center the biggest, most known and visited PHP
portal in Estonia. Every day, thousands of users and also non-users
visit this site. We have over 1,1 million of visits from the beginning.
