im see the set up thing that should allow me to run PHP locally... im reading the turtorial and it
all makes sence but this...
Install your selected HTTP server on your system and make sure that it works.
all i want to do is when i use IE to view a .php file i want it to work. is this what running it
locally means? im running WinXP and i dont kno enought to do this i dont thnk, but i want to learn.
