Hello PHP team,
BELNET is the second mirror of php.net for Belgium. For a few days we are unable to mirror your site through rsync. Here is the error we get :
rsync: failed to connect to rsync.php.net: Connection refused
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(85)
The IP address we are mirroring from is 193.190.198.19 (ftp.belnet.be), can you have a look at what could be wrong ?
