phpmyadmin,very impressed

Hello I was looking testing out your softeware from http://www.phpmyadmin.net/ I am interested in offering this to clients who buy webspace from http://www.webleycity.co.uk/offers Would you be interested in exchanging links from each others sites, for this. Also if you are interested which site would you recommend that I use for a link for downloading the phpmyadmin software? Is it possible if clients can download and install the phpmyadmin in the web space them selves once I have created grants for them? What do you think of the offers, do you think they are good value for money? how much do you think they are really worth?
