Anyway, it would be the best thing to make the quickfix notes
be dynamic, depending on the bug category. So there would be
no need to have a list of possible things in the fixedincvs
quickfix for example.... It's quite confusing, that our bug
system knows the category of a bug, but regardless of this,
it emails a long text describing reasons for closure for every
possible category...
