I have chechked the scripts working on the mirrors list:
http://cvs.php.net/co.php/php-master-web/scripts/mirror-summary
http://cvs.php.net/co.php/php-master-web/scripts/mirror-test
And as it seems none of those DELETE any rows from the database.
The mirror-test script updates the db to contain up to date
information and mirror-summary uses it to mail out the summary.
Only UPDATEs are made to the db as far as I can see, and no
DELETEs.
