Well, I understand your point, and of course we are willing to add de3.php.net as a virtualhost. But the name php3.de has been used over the years now for the mirror and though PHP is no more in version 3, the name php3.de is still very popular as we can see in our traffic logs :) Therefore we would like to keep it as the "primary" name if you don't mind and add de3.php.net to the virualhosts as soon as your dns update has been made.
