Dear Webmaster,
I have not been able to connect to php.net for over a month now. I get
"connection refused" every time I try. I can connect from everywhere but
home. This is making it very difficult to program my website as I use the
reference pages on php.net. My home ip addresses are 206.58.78.211 and
206.58.78.144. Could you please look into why this is not working. Has my
ip been blocked? Any help you can provide would be helpful.
Thank You,
Craig Svenson
