I have added some code now to detect if there are no bugs for a
particular version and print out an error message.

Just thought I'd mention that bugstats.php with an unexpected phpver
argument gets "dirty"..
Nothing critical - just warnings, but still.
Example:
http://bugs.php.net/bugstats.php?phpver=5
