Dear Alfredo! You are the maintainer of the only one mirror left without a proper .php.net mirror name. We are moving to use these names because it enables us to offer many more interesting services for our users (like language preference for users on all mirror sites using a cookie). These are only doable if we can move all the mirror sites to be under .php.net. php.unam.mx is the only mirror left to convert now, so we would like to ask you to make the neccessary modifications to serve ..php.net mirror requests too. What this means? php.unam.mx becomes mx2.php.net. You should set up your Apache accordingly to serve requests for this name (with the www. prefix too).
