I was able to contact the maintainer of ua2.php.net, and
get his new contact address (now in the database). He
is working on the mirror to get it up. I am still awaiting
a reply from the hosting provider of ph.php.net, to get
correct contact details. So please do not delete those
mirrors. I am on it, to make them work.
