I have searched the http://bugs.php.net/search.php site
for the following
problem and have tried most, if not all, of the suggestions for fixing this
when running a test.php page:
"CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of
HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:"
The single line of code I tried, per the .cgi manual install instructions,
is:
<?php phpinfo();?>
The code will run fine from the command line in the PHP directory.
I have installed PHP 4.3.0 on an NT Server 4.0 SP 6a IIS 4.0 machine, and
granted appropriate file access to users. I have read repeated comments
about system speed, so I even slowed it down with no luck. (There are no
background/foreground tab options in 4.0.)
I have tried .ini changes that include \ and / slashes appending file
locations with no help.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Mark
