Just a suggestion: add GAC Technologies, Inc. to your list
(http://www.gactechnologies.com or http://www.planetgac.net).
I'm a
user of their services, and they're seriously top-notch. They're
always adding new functionality, too, and their support is very quick
to respond, even to people like me who pay just $3 a month for my
hosting.
