Our mirror check script has a 15 seconds connection timeout,
and a 5 second timeout for the socket used for communication
after connected. If your site cannot be connected before this
timeout is reached for three or more days, then your site is
labeled unreachable.

I chat with Gabor Hojtsy few days ago about my mirror.
Gabor has changed DNS record and mirror owner data.
Now mirror is working well.
