outputs broken links to bonsai ("change log" and "annotations") like:
"http://bonsai.php.net/cvslog.cgi?file=/mozilla/php4/Zend/zend_API.c&root=/cvsroot"
At least "/mozilla" must be cut off to work. The "root" is also
incorrect, but can be omitted.
