problem for installation

Hi,
I am experiencing a installation problem. I install php-4.3.0-Win32 under window 2000. I user
window installer to install php. My web server is IIS.
Then, I write a simple code to test php. I just submit a simple form. In the php, I just display
the value I submit. The problem is that I have to put $_POST[user] for variables. Otherwise, I can
not get the value of variable from html page. I just don't know if I did wrong installation or
not.
