Added files:
/phpweb mirrorkit.tgz
Log:
As the setup instructions for search and stats are in mirroring-stats and
mirroring-search, we only need the config files, which are now at one place,
in mirrorkit.tgz here... It has a search and a stats subdir inside
for the two services respectively...
The htphp.sh, php.conf, phphead.html and phpnomatch.html files are
moved here from Mirrors-htdig.tgz
The stats/php.conf-dist file is moved here to stats/php.conf
