I want to suggest the creation of newsgroups for every extension: php.ext.mysql, php.ext.gd, php.ext.ldap, etc... These will reduce the amount of mails in the general newsgroup, and will facilitate the search of specific information.Most of the MySQL questions are actually PHP core questions, and some spread more then one subject, so as far as I can see, it would only increase the crossposting rate, which would not be a benefit for our users I think...
