This seems to be happening again this morning.
Tried:
IE 6.0.2800.1106 and
Mozilla 1.2.1
under Windows 2000.

I cannot reproduce this with Mozilla 1.2.1 or IE6...

When click downloads on php website, get a blank page using either
opera v.6.05 build 1140, jre 1.4 or IE 5.50.4522.1800 sp1. Zone alarm
v2.6.362 is installed. View Source in opera shows: GIF89a and a lot
of non-printable characters.
