Function XML Sheet

Hello, I was just wondering if there was anyway that I could get all the php functions with a short description in an xml document, or any file type that I can parse for that matter. Here is an example from the php.net website. *include()* <http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.include.php> The *include()* <http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.include.php> statement includes and evaluates the specified file. I would like to have something like this so I can parse it to a db, I am working on a bot for a #php channel and it would be nice to simply query php functions locally. Any help is appreciated.
