We generally discourage using "PHP" in the name of things. Why do you
want to put the name of the language into your name? You don't see that
very much with any other language. ie. PerlMajordomo, PythonMailman,
C-Apache, C++Mozilla, etc.
Having PHP in the name is not a good thing becase it gives people the
impression that this is somehow related to and/or endorsed/supported by
the PHP developers. This puts extra load on our support resources and it
is unfair to the next guy who comes along with a similar tool. Your
package name should stand on its own merits and not leech off of PHP's
name.
