Modified layout.inc for Mozilla

Hello, I made some modifications to layout.inc from the copy I have in our mirror in order to give the manual the ability to use the Mozilla site navigation toolbar. The modifications follow the guidelines described in this post: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-html/2001Oct/0026.html I did some tests and it works well, but here are some notes: * The chapters and appendixes are hard coded with English titles. * The function list produces a huge menu that might not really be that practical to use afterall. * The last and first buttons do not work. If you want to see it working, check out our mirror, (this page for example: http://mx.php.net/manual/en/ref.array.php ) but open it with mozilla and make sure that you have the site navigation on. If it does not appear maybe rsync wiped the chages.... I would appreciate it if someone could have a look at it and comment on this. Adolfo Garcia Veytia MX Mirror.
