When you have one person complaining it might be okay to dismiss them but when you've got three or four there is definitely a problem. Maybe we should start sending screen shots of the error messages? First question I would have asked if I were taking bug reports is what system are you using? what browser? To see if there is any commonality between users who are not getting in. For the record, I was using XP running IE 6.0 and I tried 5 times on three sites. I finally had to resort to an older version from a disc I had on hand.
