On the mirroring page of course. Maybe just before
"Setup Apache VirtualHost":
PHP mirror sites should provide the exact content coming
from rsync.php.net, and should not be altered in any way
not described in the mirroring guidelines.
I am not at my home computer with phpweb CVS, so I cannot
commit this now. And it probably also needs some grammar
correction as usual ;)
