For what you use the accept-language setting? Why don't you set it to
English?

New "feature" with automatic lang selection should be handled in more
sophisticated way: I am Czech (Accepted-language: cs) but I read all
manuals around the world in English and I do not want to read PHP
manual in czech (btw many pages are translated purely). There should be
a way to disable this "feature" (cookie?).
