Works fine with IE 6.0.2800.1106. And Galeon (Mozilla) and Netscape
4.7..
It's obviously IE bug -> bogus.

ie6 wont show any content of a bug's detail, just the top part with the
tabs and ratings. tested on 6.0.2600.000
