My name is Joonas Savolainen, I'm studying applications development at Lahti
Polytechnic, Finland. I'm currently writing a thesis on "PHP and databases -
choosing the work pair for web applications", which basically compares the
differences between MySQL and PostgreSQL from a PHP developer's point of
view. The thesis is written in Finnish. (school regulations...)
I'm asking if I could use the graphic found at www.php.net/usage.php to show
the increase of PHP usage in my thesis.
The graphic would be included in PHP's own section, in which I introduce PHP
to the reader (about 5-10 pages). Naturally there would be a copyright
indication.
Please reply by the end of the week, since the thesis is due to be completed
in less than two weeks time.
I don't think we have a problem with you including the image. But provide details on where you have obtained it from ;)
