They are affliated with the HTML Writer's Guild, and offer a variety of web development courses. For this course, you should have a basic understanding of SQL syntax (CREATE, DROP, ADD, DELETE, etc). This course will prepare you for installation, administration, and use of MySQL. As a PHP developer myself, I think this is a great course to take if you want to start developing database backed websites.
