As from march 1st 2003 you honor the “Accept language” setting on your site. I really like the initiative, however, I seem to have some trouble with it. If I go to the manual and look up (e.g.) echo, this is what I get: Príklad 1. echo() examples Poznámka: This short syntax only works with the <http://www.php.net/manual/sk/configuration.directives.php#ini.short-ope n-tag> short_open_tag configuration setting enabled. It seems like czech or something to me. I use Windows XP (incl SP1.) the dutch version with Explorer 6 (6.0.2800.1106.xpsp1.020828-1920). My language preverence is set to : English[en] Dutch [nl] In that order. Now my questions are:
- is this a bug somewhere (either on your site or in IE)? Or
does it have something to do with my language settings in WindowsXP? (XP is set to: English(US) – US Intl. Keyboard)
- How do I set my language to english on your site, I prefer
English to be the first language I see on webpages
We do remember you last viewd language, so if you have cookies turned on, and you visit the english version of a manual page, then you will be redirected to the english version of manual pages every time after that (unless you go to another manual of course Does this work for you? Goba
