Hi there. Your www.ragingsmurf.com web site is suspiciously similar to www.php.net. And looking at individual elements of your site it is obvious that you cloned the look and feel of the php.net web site for your own purposes without permission. The look and feel of something is protected by the same laws that apply to unregistered trademarks. In legal terms this look and feel is known as the "trade dress" for that something. At the bottom of www.php.net you will find a copyright link which takes you to: http://www.php.net/copyright.php which mentions that you cannot clone our site. Please come up with your own design for your web site, or at the very least steal from someone else please. -Rasmus
