This should be fixed now (the first snapshot due in an hour or so).

While CVS source snapshots are still released every two hours, the last
Win32 CVS build that can be found on snaps.php.net is dated Apr 04,
2003 14:30 GMT.
Furthermore, the page says:
Next STABLE Win32 snapshot in: please consult /dev/urandom
Next Latest CVS Win32 snapshot in: please consult /dev/urandom
It would be great if you could fix that :-)
