Hi!
Your php.net mirror site (pl2.php.net) is down since march 8. You have not
responded to automatic mails and to my personal mails sent notifying you
about the problem. Please correct the mirror site in a few days, or we need
to delete your mirror site (we already have a well working candidate mirror
site for Poland).
