First, you'll need to apply for a CVS account --
http://php.net/cvs-php.php Also, you'll probably want
to subscribe to
phpdoc@lists.php.net and discuss your idea.
Second, if a translation into Thai hasn't started yet, you'll need to
start it :) There is an entry in the documentation howto about how to
do this -- http://php.net/dochowto You'll probably need
to talk your
idea over with the phpdoc people first, also -- that mailing list is
your friend :)
For other documentation questions, again, please use phpdoc. Thanks for
your interest in PHP :)
