Dear PHP Team,
right now we are in the process of setting mirrors of software (open source) up that we need ourselves. By making this software public available we think can give back a bit to all those people who produce such great things like PHP, Apache, MySQL (and a lot of other tools).
However our servers are all based in the US and according to your mirroring information you are not accepting anymore mirrors from there. With this email we kindly ask you to make an exeption of this rule.
