talks.php.net not working properly - URGENT!

I am giving a presentation at the Long Island Linux Users Group
(www.lilug.org) tonight on PHP, and planned on using a talk from this
site.
However, whether I visit the site in IE 5, IE 6 or netscape, the result is
the same: the same opening screen just simply redraws, no matter what link
I click on. I am trying to get to this page:

If it helps, I am using computers on college campus, perhaps cookies or
similar need to be enabled?
