PHP Mirror in Pakistan

Dear Sir, We are one of the leading IT solution provider company here in Pakistan in business for over six years. We specialize in web based applications and we selected PHP for our two recent large scale web applications. We are interesting in launching PHP Mirror for Pakistan and we definitely have resources for that. We have strong links with our local ISPs who have been successfully hosting mirror sites for tucows.com and cricinfo.com. We will be providing the maintenance and other services required for this mirror. Pakistan has a growing PHP development community. We are planning to initiate a local PHP chapter to bring more awareness to web developers who are still hungup with other technologies. Kindly let me know the procedure and how can we qualify for the mirror. I hope to hear from you soon. Regards, Shehzad!
