Previous PHP Download problem.

This error seems to only occur when I try the download from
http://www.php.net. I visited the site again and before I went to
the
downloads section I clicked on the "mirror sites" link at the bottom and
selected "us4.php.net". Clicked on the download as before and it worked
fine. Possibly a bug in the country-to-ip detection? FYI I am in the
eastern US and behind a firewall.
