How about proposing the idea to a new thread that details
what's going on. This way people can discuss it, come up
with other ideas, and who knows what else. At any rate,
it's safe to say that the current 'proposal' isn't working
out ;)
In the very least, if this were ever to be implemented,
it would require a master page that lists all unapproved
notes. Maybe bring this up in the proposal too.
